As much as I wish I could, it is impossible to list fixed pricing on my cakes as each cake is customized to your special day and will incorporate many variables.  Pricing will depend on sizes, complexity of final designs, etc.  Following is a starting price for each size cake with servings, which is a basic buttercream with minimal embellishments, and the price is adjusted upwards as design dictates. Price per serving starts at $6.00 for buttercream and $7.00 for fondant. Please note all wedding cakes, regardless of size or design, have a minimum price of $200.00.    Please contact me so we can discuss your special day and dream cake in order for a quote to be worked up.

Each cake/tier averages 4-5" in height.  Most any combination can be done, as well as double barrel tiers (extra tall). Please note that the servings are approximations only, depending on how large the slices are cut, and the following are based on the Wilton serving guide of 1" x 2" slices.  Party size slices are 1.5" x 2". The following examples are based on wedding cake serving sizes.

Regular:     $3/each  (One dozen minimum with one dozen minimum per flavor).  Pricing based on swirl design with sprinkles/edible pearls/etc., if desired.

Mini:          $1.5/ea  (Two dozen minimum with two dozen minimum per flavor).


Vanilla, Vanilla Chai, Triple Chocolate, Confetti, Banana, Pink Champagne, Wedding White, Spiced Vanilla, Lemon (with or without poppy seed), Orange, Orange Cardamom, Pumpkin Spice, Carrot, Red Velvet, Lavender Lemon, Peanut Butter, Strawberry.    




Vanilla Buttercream (American or Meringue style), Chocolate Buttercream, Spiced Buttercream, Lemon Buttercream, Browned Butter Buttercream, Ganache (White, Milk or Dark, Fondant (Homemade Marshmallow)


Buttercream, lemon or berry cream, peanut butter buttercream, lemon/lime/orange curds, berry compote, caramel (salted or unsalted), apple pie, pineapple compote, or ganache.


  • I love to make sugarpaste flowers and can replicate many. Please inquire at your consultation.  Silk or fresh flowers are also possibilities. Please note that I do not allow florists or others to place the flora and/or greenery on my cakes due to liability and safety concerns.

  • I love to collaborate with my customers, but can also work off of pictures if you have cake elements you love.  I will always adjust the design somewhat as a professional courtesy to the original designer.

  • Local (Medford) delivery & setup cost included with wedding cake pricing on minimum order of $300.00; $40.00 set-up and delivery charge for orders less than $300, or for out of area. (Charge for further than 20 miles delivery fee discussed at time of order.)

  • I love to do a variety of other desserts as well.  Are you considering a dessert table!!??  Please inquire as to availability and pricing.

  • I require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your date for weddings and some celebration cakes, with a 50% nonrefundable deposit at time of booking.  Full payment is due two months prior to event for weddings/intricate celebration cakes. Please note that no refund will be given for cancellations occurring less than one month prior to event, 50% refund will be made if cancellation occurs greater than one month before date of event excluding deposit.
